WHY NETWORKING
U.S. hiring research links employee referrals with better interview and offer outcomes than applying online alone.
Over 2×
Likelihood of getting an interview
At one U.S. financial-services company, applicants referred by employees were estimated to be more than twice as likely to get an interview as job-board applicants.
Read the New York Fed staff reportBrown, Setren & Topa, 2013 · One U.S. employer; 2006–2010 applicants. Adjusted observational estimate.
+18 points
Chance of receiving and accepting an offer
Among U.S. Glassdoor interview reviews, employee referrals were associated with a 17.8-percentage-point higher chance of receiving and accepting an offer than online applications.
Read the Glassdoor analysisGlassdoor, 2015 · 2009–2015 U.S. reviews. Calculated from its adjusted model (116,809 interviews). Percentage points, not a relative percent increase.
These historical, observational findings concern employee referrals, not proof that networking alone caused the difference. They are not national placement benchmarks or measured ApplyGenius results. We haven't established a placement rate or hiring lift for ApplyGenius, and we don't guarantee a job.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Access is currently by invitation during our closed beta. Join the mailing list to hear when early access opens. Joining doesn't create an account or guarantee an invitation date.
The current beta focuses on networking: leads shared with you, potential warm connections, and organized outreach. Broader application automation is still being developed and is not a general-availability promise.
Early-access availability and ApplyGenius launch updates. This list is separate from product onboarding and client outreach. You can request removal at any time by emailing admin@applygenius.co.

No account or payment required. How we use your email.
We collect the email address you enter, your opt-in, and the signup date to manage early-access requests and launch updates. Records are stored in ApplyGenius's Supabase project. Authorized ApplyGenius operators can access the list; other visitors and app users cannot.
For abuse prevention, the signup service uses temporary rate-limit records based on a one-way keyed hash of network information. It does not put your IP address in your mailing-list record. Hosting providers may retain normal security logs.
This signup does not create a product account or enroll you in client outreach. To withdraw consent or request deletion, email admin@applygenius.co from the address you used. This notice covers this mailing list, not the full product.
